Phone does not ring when we attempt to call home

  • Dial tone heard on handset
  • Able to make calls
  • No calls received

 

Remedial actions attempted

  • Rebooted Modem/Router
  • Unplugged and replugged connectors
  • Swapped handset
  • Confirmed voip set up Modem/Router (tp-link Archer VR1600v)
  • Confirmed Bundle Status in tpg portal: Active
