Hi, I have switched my 5G home boardband back to the NBN internet 3 weeks ago within the 7 days trial period and I try to get the e-consignment label to return the 5G modem. Since I have three 5G modems need to return (because the first two modems not working), so I need 3 e-consignment labels. However, it takes me almost 3 weeks to contact TPG by phone calls and emails but I only can receive one e-consignment label so far. Anybody can help to send me the other 2 Return Order Receipt and consignment label for the modems with the following two serial numbers. Thanks.
