I was promised Nokia Modem when signing up but received Segacom modem.
I am facing wifi coverage issue in my house. Speed is ok with I am near to modem but places around 10 meters away from modem are black spots where internet connection and speed drops massively upto extent I can’t even fetch my emails.
Kindly please provide Nokia Modem as promised.
I have talked with customer representative regarding this and it was not at all helpful and representative seems to lack technical knowledge when I am clearly stating my issue is with wifi coverage and not speed of internet.
