5G Modem Return Slip Request

It's been a while since I've had my 5G modem plan cancelled and it's still sitting here waiting for return details.

 

Can someone please contact me with details as to how I am to return this item to you? It appears the automated return voucher process hasn't worked in this case.

The e-connote to return the equipment will generated and be sent at the of the billing cycle. To check the status, shoot us a PM with your details.
