I cancelled the 5G service on 19th December and received instruction to return the modem with Toll and the account id quoted was 80824941.
I have arranged the parcel and booked a pickup of the parcel on 21st December 2022 with Toll.
But the pickup was rejected and when I contacted Toll customer care they mentioned that the Vodafone account is suspended and they are in 'Stop Trade' with Vodafone.
I am unable to return the modem because of this issue, can you sort out the confusion and let me know how I should i return the modem?
