5G

Hi I’ve had NBN with you guys for a couple of months now, with both the 2.4GHz and the 5GHz connections running fine, but all of a sudden the 5Ghz won’t let me connect to it any more saying that it’s an incorrect password but I’ve used the same password on the modem and I haven’t changed it at all. And there is another person using this connection with no problem. What can I do to be able to connect to the 5G again?

Hi @Chelseakbray3,

Welcome to TPG Community!

Have you tried forgetting the network and reconnecting the device to the network using the old password?

You may also change the WI-FI password and reconnect all the devices to the WI-FI network.

Hi @Chelseakbray3 I've seen this happen on a Huawei HG659 affecting only the 5g band authentication, a reboot should work without having to disconnect and reconnect devices.
