I've been having issues with my supplied router.
I'm experiencing low downloads and uploads speeds and frequent packet loss. I have been able to resolve these issues temperarily by rebooting the router, but most recently i've needed to perform a factory reset to fix the issue.
The router is: Archer C1200 v1.0 with firmware version: 1.0.0 Build 20180208 rel.59779 (EU)
At its worst my uploads dropped to 0.1mbps; but usually hangs around 0.8mbps. They restore to 17mbps after reboot.
Is this a known issue? Is there a firmware update I can try? If not, is there a process for a replacement?
