Hello,
I have been awaiting of an arrival of that modem (arriss cm8200 or something like that) for over 30 days now. It seems like everyone either forgot about it or cannot understand what I mean.
I have a HFC connection, that already been used by previous tennant with TPG.
I did receive TPG's router (Archer some thing rather) but still no sign of a black one (the one that screws into the wall via coaxial cable and then connects to router via WAN port with a simple rj45)
Now my question is, who where and what should I do to get this box delivered to me?
