Hi @Kimmetje,

Welcome to the community!

Do you wish to use the Optus Sagecom modem to your TPG NBN service? If so, you need to make sure that the following settings are properly configured:

Multiplexing Method : LLC Based
VPI: 8
VCI: 35
Encapsulation : PPoE
Login: Your TPG Account Username
Password: Your TPG Account Password

Let me know should you require further assistance.

Cheers!

Hi @tessagrosvenor,

We do not have information on how to access the configuration page of the modem/router, but in general you need to have a laptop/desktop or smartphone connected at the back or bottom of the modem there should be a sticker label with the details of the Default Access Gate way which includes the Username and password.

Regards,

Hi Shane
Unfortunately not, Optus are most unhelpful. On hold now with TPG to arrange a compatible modem.

Thanks for the update, @tessagrosvenor. Glad to know that a TPG modem has been arranged for the service, let us know how it will go.
