Can't connect to internet

I'm using Archer vr1600v, it worked for a month and then stopped connecting to internet 3 weeks ago. I already called the techinal support but I didn't have any solution till now.

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

 

Check our Service Status page for any known outages.

 

If you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage

 

If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link : Troubleshooting No Internet Connection

 

In your case, we have identified a line fault, thus an NBN technician has been booked to fix this.

Hi @Riezl,
I have an appointment today from 8am-12pm and no one showed up. Can you make this clear since I don't have internet for almost 4 weeks
