I checked everywhere on the website and I can’t find firmware update.

The firmware upgrade for our supplied modem/router is only available by request and it will be done over-the-air. I would love to help request to push the firmware of the device if there is available. Send me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include the following below.

Model/Brand: 
Firmware Version: xxxx
Hardware Version: xxxx
