NBN 50; FTTB Archer VR1600V installed and working. Want to reinstall Netgear Nighthawk X4S D7800 as primary modem and place Archer in other room as WiFi only router.X4S is presently configured for previous ADSL 2+.

You need to set up your router accordinly (TPG does not provide support on third party devices).
