Connection Issues

Connection lost at 5.20pm wst again. No DSL or Internet Lights on modem

Contacted TPG & was told to place phone line into lan socket for 10 minutes while testing carried out.

After 10 minutes was told to return cable to original port.

At 5.35pm wst connection came back

Thanks for raising this to us, are you still having issues with the connection? I ran an initial test it shows it has been connected for 1d 1m.

Hi Shane

Internet connection has been stable for last two days with no further disconnections. NBN Techs have probably been working at the Node.
