DSL Light blinking

Hi, 

So literally an hour ago I had a nbn technician come in to check out the some issues with the internet, with the Modem I recieved from TPG just yesterday. After some time, he had gotten both the DSL and Internet light to show up on the modem and confirmed it was good to go and then left.

 

The Modem was placed on the floor so I had to move it a bit, I hadn't even disconnected anything yet and both the DSL and Internet light disappeared. I tried reconnecting the DSL cable but now it just blinks for a few seconds every now and then with no Internet light showing up. It could be a line issue but if there's anything that could be done that would be great.
