You can use a 3rd party VDSL modem/router for the TPG NBN-HFC connection hence the VoIP feature will only work using our supplied modem. Let us check the warranty of the old modem and see if we can request a replacement.

My current TPlink VR1600 voip router is no longer working. I need an replacement voip modem router asap for my NBN HFC connection
