Firmware Version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n

Are you saying the version (0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n) is the latest? If so, I doubt it as searching through the forum points otherwise and the firmware is about 2 years old. Could you reconfirm please?

Yes, it is the latest and we have confirmed this with our Technical Team. It's firmware version was released on August 10,2020 as indicated on this part Build 200810.

Please be advised that we customize the firmware of the modem that we supply and it may be different from the actual TP Link firmware update versions.
