Firmware Upgrade

Hi Team

I am noticing the 4G connection light on the modem/router keeps constant. Have rebooted the router, factory default, power cycle, etc, and nothing helped.

I am thinking of upgrading the firmware. Can someone confirm if below is the latest available firmware version for the below model? 

If not, how can I upgrade the firmware?
