Firmware update process and WiFi security for VX420-G2v v2

Hi team,

  1. Can someone provide more info as to how firmware for TPG provided TP-Link modems is carried out? I'm unable to find official TP-Link firmware via their website support options. Is there a specific link or TPG resource to update firmware myself for the modem provided (Firmware Version:2.0.0 0.9 v603c.0 Build 220411 Rel.20674n Hardware Version:VX420-G2v v2 00000000)
  2. Sometimes when I access the modem page via http://192.168.1.1/ I get the warning message that someone else has already logged in, even after rebooting the modem. What does this indicate?
  3. I've noticed some unknown devices on my wifi network and when trying to lookup the MAC address given, there is no records found (i.e. private or randomized MAC addresses...). I've already checked all my known devices by process of elimination and I'm concerned about security. I've recently changed the router and WiFi passwords, Enabled WPA3-SAE and added MAC address blocking for unknown devices. Is there anything else I can do, other than buy a more secure router?
  4. Any comments on the following recent vulnerabilities for TP-Link devices?

Thanks!

same, I think it's unacceptable to sell a a product an not make the firmware available. It just shows that TPG doesn't care about customer security at all.
