Firmware upgrade VR1600v to correct dropouts

Level 1a

We are experiencing dropouts in connection to the Internet.

I thought an update to the firmware might solve the issue.

 

Otherwise perhaps the modem settings need some tweeking?

 

Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 180828 Rel.56416n Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v1 00000000

On which device(s) you experience the conneciton dropouts? If its on a wireless device(s) such as smartphones, laptop we did an article that will help you improve your wireless connection available here.

Thanks for sending me your details.

 

I ran an initial test on your connection it shows connected for 5d 14h 45m with a passing speed and a stable connection.

I refreshed the connection of your service to our network expect your service to be disconnected for 2-3mins.
 

I will monitor your connection for the next 24hrs let us know if dropouts will still occur on your connection.
