I'm having a difficulty pulling up your TPG account. I already tried your community details as reference but I'm not able to find any match.
I'm curious though on the software version you posted (V100R001C270B011_Dodo). Did you get your modem from Dodo?
We can only perform an upgrade for TPG-supplied modems. PM me your customer ID or username and the service address so I can check your account and request for a firmware upgrade for the modem we have on file.
