Thanks for raising this to us, what type of TPG service do you have? In the event that you are with residential TPG-NBN it comes with dynamic IP address. If you are still with ADSL2+ service, changing ip address requires assistance of our Account Specialists Team.
Shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
