I don't know how to get any help? I've been on the support chat line for a few days now. I finally got through to someone a few hours ago. They said they were checking our account and then didn't reply for the next hour, despite me asking questions. I eneded this chat and have tried 2 more times. Both times I'm 140 or so in the queue- which is fine. It then starts to get closer over the next hour. Last I saw i was no. 49. Then a team member just closes the chat down. I get that it must be crazy busy now. But if the system isn't working, they need to tell us! I've been sending messages and waiting for online support for 5 hours now. Just communicate, tell us what is going on!
