I just switched my 5G home boardband back to the NBN internet.I want to know how to confirm my 5G plan has been canceled and I need the address or label for return it (Sydeny).

The return label should be sent automatically via email at the end of the billing cycle. Could you shoot us a PM with your details so we can help you check the status of the previous 5G home broadband account?
