Informed to Cancel Home Wireless Broadband Connection

Hi 

 

I have informed TPG to cancel my Home Wireless Broadband Connection on after getting the NBN connection from them, on November the 10th I got my NBN activated. So far I havent received the posting labels for Home wireless broadband modem, and also I have been charged for this December month as well. Please refund the december month charge as I'm not using it.

 

My Account ID is **********

 

Please send let me know what actions been done to cancell this Home wireless broadband.

 

I look forward to a prompt response.

If you have sent a written request to cancel, the response should take 24 hours. Note that cancellation of your home wireless plan will be on the end of the current billing cycle and you'll receive the e-connote then.
