Internet disconnected

Hi my internet is disconnected, I tried to restart the adsl modem but it’s still disconnected. Any Idea for this issue?

From our system we can see your service is working , if you still have any issue, pls message us. You can also use TPG mobile apps to check your Internet status, connection, speed test , Billing and to lodge a fault.
