Internet is not working

My internet is down at the moment. However, according to the connection status test in the TPG app it is working fine. Clearly something is not right.

This kind of thing happens more often. Sometimes it resets itself other times not.

What do you recommend?

Could the modem be due for replacement?

Note that this is urgent now. Internet is needed for work and previous questions to TPG have been left unanswered.
