Thanks for raising this to us. We do not advise our customers to bring the NBN box (Arris CM8200). Any hardware or equipment with NBN logo on it. This means it needs to remain at the premises when you move out regardless whether it is there when you move in or was replaced under your service name.
I'd like to confirm if the installation of the NBN service on the new location has been completed, I will raise this with our NBN Provisioning Team and have them contact you. Send me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID togerther with the address on file).
I recently moved housed and have misplaced the power adapter for my arris cm8200 device. How am I able to get a replacement?
