Hi. Is anyone else having trouble reaching the login page using 192.168.1.1?? I'm supposed to config my modem after moving house, type this in my phones browser and several pages come up including tips from this forum but i when i click on the 192.168.1.1 link i can go have a shower, cook dinner, watch an average free to air show and still no logon page..can someone help??

Hi @atkitani,

Have you tried to use a desktop/laptop connected via LAN to access the modem's gateway?

Hope this help.

• If you're using a smartphone/laptop to access the gateway, make sure it is connected to modem's wireless network.
   
• If you're using a desktop connected via LAN/Ethernet make sure the cable is properly seated on both modem and desktop.
