I have a TP Archer VR1600V router, serial number 3193101001004. This was provided by TPG in May 2019 for our NBN Connection. The modem has heating issues, and we continously suffer from dropouts. We also have a fan sitting behind the router to cool this down. To rectify this issue, we continously reboot the modem, this could be 3 or more times during the day . Rebooting the modem temporary corrects the problem until the next time.
The router is still within the 12 month warranty. I would suggest this would be a fault wth the modem, and would like a replacement modem sent to me.
