Modem No Lights

Level 2
The modem has been connected and working for the last 2 days.

Today all the lights have extinguished and the modem is no longer working.

I have tried turning it off and on again via the button on the back of the modem, I have tried several other wall sockets, I have tried the reset button.

Like I previously mentioned, it was working properly and has now died.

I believe I will need a new unit, how do we go about organising this asap?
