Get online support
Hi after the recent storms, my TP Link router and also the NBN NTD box (the black one) has been fried. They both will not turn on. No light at all.
As per the guidelines on the website, I have tried the following.
- Power adapter is connected properly
- Connected to different power outlet that is working
- Using the correcet power adapter
- Did the hard reset
- No power
The modem is still under warranty as it hasn't been a year since I have purchased it.
What do I do about the NBN black box?
