Modem delivery

I have moved house and my new service has been activated but I still haven’t received notification that my modem has been shipped (should have happened a few days ago). Is there a way to find out when this will happen? I urgently need wifi to work from home.

Hi @KJT, 

If a modem is included on your NBN package, it should be sent out within 2-3 working days from the date that the upfront fee has been settled. I need to get your account details privately, so I can check the order status.
