TPG sent notice that NBN Broadband was connected at my new address. Bought router two weeks after activation as no one told me I needed one for the internet to work .
The Netgear was not compatible so returned it.
Ordered one from TPG October 30th.
It is now November 9 and I have received no information regarding when to expect delivery.
I have been using my mobile (TPG) for personal hotspot and have spent $110 while waiting for the modem.
Is TPG going to reimburse my costs?
Think I should buy a modem tomorrow and forget about waiting at home for delivery.
