Modem operation

Justwondering if it is okay to switch the modem off overnight or when away on holidays without causing any problems.

Welcome to the Community!

Modems are actually designed to be on 24/7. Though technically, there shouldn't be a problem with turning it off, I wouldn't advise doing it on a daily basis. The power button is usually the first one to go due to frequent use (similar to any other device).
