I have returned by modem last week but still received the email asking me to return it. My reference number is *******. Could you help me to sort it please?

Thanks for writing us. I can check on the status of the modem that you returned; however, I cannot find your account using the customer ID that you quoted. Please send me a private message with the correct customer ID or username then we can discuss it from there.
