Hey, Harraskin. Try to factory reset the modem/router and let us know how it will go.
Note: Wireless Network on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz will go back to its default name and password.

My 2hz signal no longer comes up and some devices not picking up any signal. I have rebooted modem but no luck. Help!!!
