We are still awaiting oyr Modem and need the Internet ASAP , can a team member notify us as to whe it will be delivered please

I've located your account using your Community details and have tracked your router. 

 

Based on StarTrack, the router has been sent out and has been successfully delivered today. 

 

I've also have tried to ran remote tests and can see that you should now be connected to the internet.
