Moving House

Hi,

I spoke to a lady at TPG on Thursday and told her that I would be moving last Friday 17th July. We moved from 30 Treeline Circuit, Upper Coomera, 4209, Q'ld to 6199 Bolsena Circuit, Hope Island, 4212, Q'ld. 

 

She told me that it would be switched over straight away and just to take our modem over. We plugged the modem in on Friday, but we still don't have internet at our new house.

 

What do we need to do?
