My nbn modem internet light isnt turning on today

The internet was working fine until this morning when the internet light just hasnt turned on, I have everything plugged in properly just the internet light isnt turning on today

My net came back but went out again, but sometimes my net comes back for a few minutes then goes off again, my internet light is coming on sometimes but I got not net and on my nbn modem all 4 lights are green

3rd day with no internet, just the internet light isnt working, are you able to send someone to fix the issue.
