My replacement AC1600 modem is playing up after reset. Internet and voip not working.

My new replacement modem AC1600 is playing up after reset. Displaying “Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured”.

i find several instances posted in the community. I followed up as per the instructions provided and waited several times for it to self configured after factory reset. Unfortunately the error remained unresolved. May require TPG tech interventions please.
