NBN Box died due to lightning

Got a X-mas present, a massive lighing strike just killed my NBN Box. On the phone with TPG for 40min wiht no answer. The internet is used for business and I need an urgent replacement.

Yeah, thanks, 24 Dec got the NBN box hit by the ligtning strike. Surge protection did not help. Reported to TPG.

24th Dec No Internet or landline
25th Dec No Internet or landline
26th Dec No Internet or landline (NBN said coming between 8am to 12pm) Waited the whole day, no one came

When someone tells me, Austrlaia is a technologically advanced country ..... Not even close
