NBN Box stopped working

HI there


Our NBN black box has stopped working. there are no lights to indicate that there is any power to the box and when I have changed to another power point there is still has no sign of life. Our modem has power but we can't seem to connect to the interenet because of the issue with the black box.


the NBN black box isn't that old as we only had NBN installed back in Aplril (2019).  Any help with this issue would be much appreciated.
