NBN Fibre to the curb installation (FTTC)

Hello ,We received the NBN box and we set it up like how you told us to do so, the wifi sign shows up on our devices but it does not work, also on our connection device their are two blinking blue lights, so how do we fix it? (Thank you!)

I have the same problem! Have set it all up and blinking and no internet
