NBN Internet dropping

Internet keeps dropping out - been two days now.
I need someone to do a modem test and if it’s the modem that’s the issue , I need a new one. Working from home so this is pretty urgent thanks.

Thank you, is there any chance you can contact me ? Currently 1 hour 10 mins in to being on hold trying to speak with someone but no indication I’m moving through a queue or anything like that.
