Hi,
We are with NBN 100 option and it has been great so far up until about few weeks ago when I noticed we are getting intermittent micro disconnects every couple of hours every day. They last for 10-20 seconds but when you are streaming or playing online it does create issues.
Could you please take a look at our stats on your end?
The last dropout happened today (14/01/2020) about 8:29ish
Our TPG username is XXXX and modem is Archer VR1600v

We have checked the status of your connection and we can't see any indication that it is dropping out.
We are suspecting a wireless connection drop out issue, but we'd like to make sure and we'll arrange one of our senior technical specialists to contact you for assistance.

It seems to have sorted itself out, quite odd but so far so good. If I keep getting these disconnects I will reach out again (dont think its useful to ask a technical person to take the time from their day if the issue seems to be solved)
