Hello TPG,
NBN Modem order MIA. Modem ordered 30/12/22. Have raised issue with TPG Helpdesk four times, agents advise Modem should have shipped. Agents find order stuck in shipping department limbo, they don't seem to be able to get any traction. Agents advise will call back once the status of the order is known or under way, have not called back. What is happening to order 4385187/1?
