NBN and Phone are not working for hours

Hi TPG, 

I am the customer with you for over 10 years, Now I feel so shame for what you've done to your customer.

I have been told that the case manager will be contact me in 24 hours, now 2 days passed, no one had conatct me at all, my internet and home phone both are not working for 2 days, I had not done my work without internet...

What is going on TPG !!!
