NBN connection dropping out a lot

My internet connection is dropping out more than 10 times in like a few hours.

 

I called the technical support and got helped reset/reboot multiple times. But it happened again right after hanging up. 

Not sure what to do as I was expecting TPG to work more reliably than Telstra.
