NBN connection

We have connected the NCD and the modem, waited over 15 minutes and still don’t have any connection. There are two blue lights on the NCD, and the power, 2.4g, 5g, and wan lights were on the modem. We are worried that the telephone line is not working. Is there a way of checking this?

Installation of NBN service can take between 2 to 30 working days depending on the demand of NBN services in your area and the availability of the nbn™ technician to perform the installation.
