I’ve been waiting for a technician for NBN installation since I requested on 4/4/2020. I’ve got TPG modem but I don’t have NCD Device for the unit that I moved in. Therefore I can’t do anything at the moment. It is very stressful time for me and I want to talk about this matter over the phone but I can’t reach. What can I do? Please reply ASAP.
